Had them come out to do a service/check after the summer and before the cold months rolled in. They showed up on time, were quick, responsive, and gave great recommendations to keep my unit running great. Did not feel pressured to buy anything and they stayed within budget!

He came to do a AC service before the summer just to make sure everything was working with no problems. He was very professional and punctual on the time the appointment was scheduled. He did the service and recommended that I do some things to make the unit last longer and running strong for the summer and he will be back in winter to make sure the heater is also working properly. I have recommended him to family and friends and they also were satisfy with his services. I would recommend his services to anybody looking for any AC/heating problems

James and Justin were very professional and conscious of my time and property. They worked very hard to complete my project as fast as possible as well as making sure my units were installed properly. They also made sure to clean up the work site and remove all trash at the end of the project. I would highly recommend.

If I can give ten stars then I will. From starters I was working with another company. Before getting a referral from one my coworkers. The last company (no names mention) was uneducated on what they were doing and overall very pricey for the job that needed to be done with little knowledge on what they were doing. But after calling ARROWHEAD and talking to James he was very knowledgeable. And came out to my house to look at my equipment. And was able to find the problem quickly. And give me a quote .and even found other problems due to the last company I used once again (no names mention) , he even fixed that problem with no labor charge just the charge of $12 dollars. Which was only the price to get the piece he needed to fix that problem. Excellent job ARROWHEAD! I will definitely be spreading out your guys name to friends and family :)

Called Mr. Green over to help my elderly mother who’s AC had gone out. He arrived promptly and was very courteous (according to mom). He was able to insure the proper replacement of the parts that had gone out. In and out within an hour. Very satisfied with his services and will be recommending him to others for HVAC needs.
